JBR is made up of 35 residential towers which have a different exterior appearance to the shiny buildings across the city. JBR apartment buildings are in Mediterranean and Arabic style which are a signature of the community. Apartments range from studios up to 4-bedrooms. This neighbourhood is very popular with newcomers to Dubai from all nationalities but families can equally enjoy the area.
JBR is the ideal location for those who do not drive. There are multiple Dubai tram stops and easy access to the Metro station. Parking in the area is limited although most owners and tenants will have a parking space included. Public parking spots fill up very fast!
